I was never told I had to pay for parking at the hotel and when I go to a pro sporting event I don’t pay for parking because I’m handicapped plus I was also charged a extra 50.00 since I booked though you only thing that was good my team won worst trip and hated the hotel being changed extra and paying for parking when I’m handicapped it sucked never again

Room was very expensive. Service during breakfast at the hotel was very poor, couldn’t keep water in my glass had to ask to have it refilled both times even though server passed table with water pitcher in hand. There is no coordination between the front desk and room service. The cleaning person knocked on our door at 9:30 am and again at 11 am even though we requested and were granted late check out. The 9:30 knock woke up my wife.

This was my first trip to Baltimore and it was so amazing to get a room with a view of the Orioles stadium. Rooms were clean and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was great except the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was being drained. I chose the hotel for those amenities so I was a bit disappointed. However, everything else was great including the location which was in close proximity to everything I came to the city to do.
