Relatively new hotel with awesome rooftop bar and pool. The room accommodations were excellent, obviously updated, from the rainfall shower head to the automatic curtains that would open and close with the push of the button. Perfect area and location in Sukumvit.

Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location with a short walk to the Emsphere and Emporium malls. Centralworld is only four stops on the Skytrain. The laundry service is first class where your clothes will look and be packaged as if you just bought them from the store.

The hotel is elegant and well-maintained but not luxurious. It’s more suitable for business trips than leisure. The bottled water provided in the rooms was of low quality and had an unpleasant taste. Additionally, there was no sheet under blanket available on the bed. We dined at the Wah Lok restaurant at 9:30 PM. While the staff was friendly, the service fell short of the standards expected from a high-end restaurant. During our meal, the staff were preoccupied with side tasks, such as setting up tables for the next day’s lunch, which created unnecessary noise. The food quality was average at best. Thank you for the pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement.

My rating for this hotel would have been higher had it not been for the area in which it’s located. The roads are heavily congested and the walk ways have people selling drugs or begging for money with children and puppies which is not what you want to see on your vacation. Even though the hotel has lovely rooms and great facilities I would not be able to stay here again because the immediate area is just not pleasant (and this is coming from someone who lives in zone 1 of central London).
