Location wise, love it! Next to a huge and self sufficient Central mall and there is a Lotus hypermart and the famous Jodd Fair night market within walking distance, linked walkway to both BTS and MRT stations too. Room is considerably big for its reasonable rates, swimming pool however is relatively small given such a huge sized hotel. Still no regrets given the convenient and vibrant neighborhood.

The gem of Bangkok
This Hotel is amazing.The front desk is amazing, very friendly and Spoke English well. The door man is Great. The parking garage workers are super nice . They all open the door for you every time you go in or out !! The food is amazing there too!!!

Grate location . Closest to MRT and BTS (Bangkok’s transportation system), shopping center ,restaurant. Hotel staffs very friendly and professional. We will come back .

As always, a great place to stay in Bangkok - adjacent to the Central Lad Prao shopping centre and the light rail system, it is ideal for shopping and travelling a bit further afield. Hotel is very well maintained and presented, food options are great and the bars very enjoyable.

As always an excellent stay in an excellent hotel - right next to the Central Mall and the light rail made both shopping and getting around Bangkok easy. Food options were very good. Room as always was spotless, the aircon worked perfectly and in short the entire experience was good value.

I had high expectations but it didn’t live up to them. The room was ok, not worth the price. IThe door man and the people who helped with the luggage was really nice and helpful. Some of the cleaning lady did a great job and another one forgot to refill toilet papers etc. overall rating 3 star not 5.

My recent stay at Centara Grand at Central Ladprao in Bangkok was disappointing, to say the least. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it’s clear that it’s in dire need of a major renovation. The room I stayed in had a persistent bad smell that made it difficult to relax, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mold that made it feel unhygienic. Navigating the property was a struggle, which added unnecessary stress to my stay. To make matters worse, the high price I paid did not reflect the quality of the accommodations. Given the current state of the hotel, I believe a major renovation is urgently needed to address these issues. Until then.

Nice Hotel
Hotel linked to shopping mall and sheltered but 7-11 is a little bit far. Room is clean and comfort. Staff are friendly and nice. BTS n MRT is nearby.
