Thoughts

I believe they said the place was soundproof. It’s far from it. On the river, you’ve got all kinds of people making stupid noise throughout the night. I had this horrible singer on the other side of the river and some high-pitched foreign language that drove me up the wall. The hot water didn’t work for a couple days which was horrible. And the Wi-Fi is bad. Other than that fantastic

Hotel area feel so safe. Staff Is very friendly. River taxi is so convenient when trying to go shopping. There are hop on hop Off river taxis as well to get around the area. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. I highly recommend this hotel.

Luxury hotel along the river

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. We had a spacious suite room with balcony overlooking the river- with bathrobes & slippers. Their breakfast was indeed a treat & had selections for western & eastern palates & an egg & noodle stations. Come early for breakfast to avoid waiting for a table. Service was 5 star too from the front desk, the concierge (who helped us find great city tours & dinner with traditional dancing), room service & restaurant. Definitely a wonderful all around classy hotel to suit your needs. We'd love to stay here again next time. Absolutely recommended.

4 full days in Bangkok

Quiet location on the river. The range of food choices for breakfast blew our mind. It was all good. Service was excellent. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There's a touristy area with a ferris wheel about 15 minute walk if you want to get cheap souvenirs but you need a cab to go to any of the big malls. Take day trips to the umbrella/train and floating markets and savor a cooking class.

Riverfront hotel in a great spot with boat shuttles. Rooms were large & very clean the housekeeping was outstanding! Huge sunny pool overlooking the river with plenty of deck chairs. I think breakfast could definitely be improved with better quality items.

Pleasantly surprised

Pleasantly surprised for a hotel being at the river. Friendly staff (multilingual a bonus), good food. Located in an area where can really get the feel of the culture. Food & shops mostly walking distant or can take the boat if you don’t want to dine at the hotel. Very accommodating for a family, business, solo. Highly recommend.

Attention to detail, staff was exceptional, requests were immediately fulfilled, location and views were breathtaking, comfy beds,wonderful AC,great showers, the food was over the top!(I'm a foodie)The only wish I have is later pool hours!
