Reception staff here is fantastic 😍 room was clean, bed was thai-style in firmness, furniture was clean but showing its age. lobby is adorable and cozy. very close to Emsphere Mall and the metro 🚇 some seedy places nearby, but still felt very safe

The check-in was extremely slow done by a receptionist with an irritating personality with an obviously new staff under her training. In the room I found ants on room table and in the bathroom. The pillows were old and they were uncomfortable.

This might be the best non-chain hotel I have stayed so far. Great value, wonderful location with close proximity to many restaurants, bars, shopping, the busy Sukhumvit street and the sky train station. Yet, it is very quiet. The bike and photography themed decor is very nice. They ask for a 1000 THB deposit and they give it back when checking out, which you can blow in the close-by Sri Trat restaurant. Large and clean room. Breakfast is not included, but there is the Passion Cafe connected to the hotel. But the service in the cafe was incredibly slow.

If you seek a quiet hotel this one is it. Quiet like a library. Immaculately clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Wifi is good and TV too. Restaurant downstairs serves tasty meals. Lots of street vendors close by. It's a great Hotel.

This isn't a 5 star Hotel, but the location, price, amenities, friendly staff, comfortable bed in a quiet area, and proximity to restaurants, food, shopping and BTS makes it 5 star. Boutique and unique, but if you're looking for a pool, room service, and high end lodging perks I'd suggest another Hotel.
