I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Novotel. I was chosen as guest of the day so was provided with a room upgrade, rooftop dinner and drinks and buffet breakfast. The room was clean, well decorated and soundproof. The linen was also very soft. The staff provided a wonderful service. 10/10 stay, I would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

The hotels great, don’t let the surroundings ruin your experience. Grab a taxi from the grab app. It’s like Uber, they pick you up at the door and you avoid the unwanted crowd in front. On the inside the food is great, ice cool aircon and rooms. Rooms very clean. 7/11 nearby for quick snacks but id avoid it after 3pm as the crowd outside turns into aggressive women which the hotel protects you from. On the other hand if your a single man, you have lots to choose from 😂 and in this case, go ahead and cross the street

Staff very happy to help with any query. The hotel was located very close to T21 shopping complex and Nana plazza, so be prepared for busy nightlife outside and around the hotel.
