Service: excellent. F&B: excellent/superb. Property: very nice. Room: very disappointed, although they gave us the topmost floor with a beautiful view. It had a bad musty smell. As soon as we arrived, we informed the front desk. They put an ozone and negative ion unit to freshen the room. It worked, but a few hours later, the smell came back. They tried it again the next day (after a 2nd complaint). The smell came back. The property should not be accommodating guests in such rooms if not appropriate. Disappointed and was not happy with the room.

It's more of a 3 star hotel that tried really hard to be a 5 star. Out of shape room especially the shower and the awful curtains that didn't work. I wasted almost half a day trying to get the curtains to close properly. The front desk should had change room right away but waited. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The girl waitress which I forgot her name, she speaks Lao, gave excellent service.

I booked a room for five people ( 2 adults and 3 children ) so I was expecting to have one extra bed . the management refused to provide me with the extra bed. the suite had 1 king bed in a room and 2 queen beds in the other room. for we did let our daughter to sleep on the sofa's mattress which was not convenient

I did not like being charged a Security Deposit on top of the pre-paid dayrate. All hotels ask for an imprint of your Credit Card but as I only use Debit Cards they normally just ask me to pay for any additional services when ordering. I found myself looking for an ATM late at night to deposit THB10,000 because reception insisted the deposit was to cover property damage. The money was returned upon check-out but was a charge I have never been requested before. This needs to be highlighted in their Terms and Conditions on Expedia. Consequently despite a pleasant stay I am unlikely to return.

I had booked an eight week vacation. We stayed in 5 star hotels in Honolulu, Phuket, Singapore. Sydney, Cebu, Manila, and Bangkok. Out of all the hotels this one was the most extravagant when it came to size and amenities of the room itself. Like most hotels it offers free glass bottled water, daily turn down service. But our room was the corner suite 2101 and it was 3 bedrooms plus 3 full sized bathrooms. It was massive for our family of four. The hotel also has large lap pool. In addition, the entire hotel staff from front gate security, concierge, check-in and front desk were all very attentive and professional. We also ate at the adjacent onsite restaurant, after a long flight and post check-in we wanted some great Thai food, Kiran and Mook were extremely kind and they answered a lot of our questions not on just their restaurant’s lovely cuisine which was very flavorful and satisfying but also on a whole bunch of other random questions, they were very kind and willing to allocate some time and advice on where locals eat and shop. There is a bank ATM across the street, a nice set of Thai massage parlors, and fairly close to other malls via a 10 to 30 minute “Grab”. It was our favorite hotel.
