All of the staff (front desk, maintenance, wait staff) were great. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The rooms and hotel were very clean (they are in the middle of construction in the upstairs restaurant). But the the concierge team was PHENOMENAL!! Antonio, Brian, Pen, Aui and Sek were always welcoming and answering any questions. Two stand outs were Brian and Antonio. We came from California (USA) and this was the first time I traveled out of the country along with my adult son. When we arrived at the hotel, Brian was able to welcome us and answer any questions. In fact, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the electric in our room. He came up, showed us how to use it and showed us other things in the room as well. And, Antonio...he was the best! He set up a touristy day for us including getting us a taxi driver for the day, showing us a map and how to navigate the city and the metro system. The concierge team truly made our stay fun and memorable!!

It was an easy walk from Park Plaza Bangkok to both the Metro & the Sky train. The restaurant on site was closed for renovations during our stay but we found a great coffee shop across the street. My husband said it was the best “western breakfast” he’d had & we had been traveling for 4 weeks in SE Asia! He is also of Italian heritage & was looking for some Italian food after eating Thai cuisine for 4 weeks:) There a delicious Italian restaurant just steps away from the hotel called “Venezia”. The Thai chef had been in Italy & he had the recipes to prove it! The food was delicious! The roof top pool was enjoyable. That said we have been surprised that all of the pools we have been in have been chilly. We expected them to be much warmer given the temperatures. They are nevertheless refreshing after touring all day. We would recommend a stay at this hotel. It is centrally located in downtown Bangkok & you can get to anywhere from there!

We had such a delightful stay at Park Plaza! It was our first time in Bangkok and the staff was so helpful in guiding us on where to eat and what to do. Brian & Oui were so kind and helpful! Also this location was prime as it was walkable to a lot of restaurants & malls and close to trains. It was in a prime location of the action but also quietly tucked away to ensure night of great sleep. Thank you so much! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! -Melody & Tyler

This hotel goes above and beyond to help you with everything, including opening the door for you every time you come you must have a massage in your room from the ladies downstairs Soa was wonderful she does amazing massage. All the staff were great! The pool area and gym are great too!
