Above and beyond
The staff and housekeeper were exceptional and professional in every aspect of their duties. They went above and beyond to provide extra care when I became very ill and required assistance getting to the hospital. Two members of the staff even waited with me until I was able to return to the hotel hours later. They deserve special accommodation from the corporate headquarters. Later in my stay there was a knock at my door. It was a member of the staff bringing me birthday wishes and a plate of chocolate cakes. Once again something not necessary nor expected, but a great surprise on my 65th bday.

This Hotel was is a good location as it was off the main streets which can be pretty hectic at times. The Hotel had its own Took Took which can take you to a few local places including a large Shopping Mall and the Train Station. Room was fantastic, Breakfast was nice and the entire stay for 4 days was great. Would definitely recommend

Compared to other hotels i have stayed at in Thailand, this one felt over priced for what i received. My room had clear signs of water damage on the roof, and there were coins and dust under the night stand which created doubt on the quality of cleaning. Two separate twin duets for my King Bed vs one big blanket - unquie compared to other hotels so far. The restaurant was incredible and i would highly recommend their breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was given the suggestion to visit the weekend market which did not disssapoint! Convenient location and very walkable area surrounding the hotel.
