The property offered a decent stay with well-organized and structured facilities. The breakfast options were truly superb. However, the room experience was disappointing. The initial room assigned had a noticeable smoke and mold odor. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was initially told that the smell was common for a Japanese hotel and not a cause for concern. After insisting, I was moved to a different room. While the agent ultimately acknowledged the problem, the initial response and lack of immediate resolution were unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the even bar team seriously need proper training. I ordered a bottle of wine, 25 minutes later I reminded the agent again about the wine. His response was "ops I forgot" Keep in mind, my partner and I were the only guests at the bar section. Then starting to give us terrible attitude for acknowledging his lack of service.
