Dirty, door locks not working, holes in bathroom door and blemishes on walls, insufficient electrical outlets, room not serviced, poor breakfast selection, oatmeal was old, holes in driveway and parking lot. Definitely NOT up to American standards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. I called and no answer. A few min later someone came in to help. But by this point I had a chance to look around and the building is in complete disarray. The outside of the building was filthy and in desperate need of repairs. I never even made it to the room before requesting to cancel the booking.

Room had weird smell. Coffee pot was still full from last occupant. I was sure if sheets were changed so i bought pillows and blankets at Walmart. Gym was broken and pool closed before I got there.

Please spare yourself the heartache This is the by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at Broken walls with mold seeping out, roaches, everything looks like it’s not been updated or cleaned in literally decades, smells like goat feces and Indian food Looks like people live in this motel Drug activity The “water park” is a disgusting dirty broken down pool area Two slides that are filthy and unkept Teenagers working there look bored and disinterested Just overall FAIL I couldn’t sleep on those beds either - too disgusting Had to bring my own pillow and sleep fully clothed above blankets smh Disgusting place

The hotel is being taken over by a Holiday Inn soon apparently. Facilities are bare bones . First room we got had poop on the outlet switch - the staff said sorry people that stay here can be gross?!? Asked for a new room because our door locks did not work at all and were broken . Furniture was scratched and stained . Lobby had one chair and was empty . All the room doors were missing outside trim could see into the rooms through the gaps. The staff immediately tried to make it better and I get they are trying their best with a hotel that should be shut down. Smells musty . Bathroom door knob was busted . Mirrors cloudy dirty . We put a coffee table against the door to feel safe . Outside side entrance door no lock and open to everyone. Elevator smelled like pee. The pictures are not from recent on the website. If we did not have a concert to get to we would have left . Do not book . The staff was kind , I feel bad for the stress they must endure from unhappy guests - they can only do so much

Fix the advertisements.
Advertisement stated indoor water park but didn’t specify that it was only usable on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Tub was clogged and did not drain. Overall could easily tell that it was a very old establishment with little updating ever being done.

This place was a dump and needs to be bull dozed. The water park, pool & bar were not in operation. there was no furniture in the lobby. the doors were falling off the hinges. the doors did not lock going in and out of the hotel. Nasty dirty disgusting. the pictures on your website make it look like the taj mahal. well it is a dump. I was in town for a funeral and I had to spend extra time finding another hotel. You should be ashamed for not finding out about what you advertise. I was so embarrassed with the others that were traveling with me, to take them to such a dump.

The place needs to be bull dozed. There is no furniture in the lobby, completely gutted. No Security, doors don't lock. Hinges falling off the doors. No pool, no water park no bar. NOTHING A complete dump, The pictures on your website need to come down. I am very disappointed in using Travelocity, and will never user again. You should send out scouts to check on motels and hotels on tour website.
