The people at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Great service. The hotel needs some updates as far as service on the elevator and clenliness of the sheets and bedding. But overall a good hotel.

Desk manager serves as bell hop!
I was very impressed with the desk manager’s over the top helpfulness. She noted I had reserved a handicapped room and was wearing a neck brace from recent surgery. She walked to my car and carried two briefcases for me! Very considerate!

Staff very friendly, but hotel needs to be updated. Furniture in rooms are starting to look very dirty and worn! Also the towels were dingy and dirty looking, as well as the sheets on the beds

Just need a place to stay while our power was out at home. This place is alright. Needs minor make over dents in the dry wall patch spots with no paint. Had to slam the door before it would close enough to lock. Breakfast was great. The room had a musty smell. Over all clean. Staff friendly.

Clean and friendly but…
Clean, very friendly but sink wouldn’t drain and they barely had any breakfast options left 1 hour before ending. Pool was closed but we were only there passing through. Not deal breakers just noteworthy.

Pool was closed but this was not disclosed ahead of time. That was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. And the elevator was also being worked on. Basically, the place needs better management. Will not stay there on my next visit. My grandchildren were disappointed they could not swim.

I hit it on a bad weekend. No eggs for the entire weekend and on Monday too when I left. Yet they are beside Walmart??? Staff is freindly. The elevaror was broke too a day. The lights above sink were both out in the 2 rooms I was in . I booked wih expedia and do not understand why the 3 days did not register.-only 2 nights registered, yet it showed as pending on on my credit card. Puzzling

The room was clean, comfortable howe er the lavatory in the bathroom had a badeak under it. We didn't notice it until our very tired niht return from a wedding therefore reported in the morning.
