The housekeeping manager, Miriam, was outstanding, and her whole crew was lovely. The beautiful "flowers" they make out of towels and tissues for each room are something you usually only see in the highest end hotels. A great place to stay - always my favorite!

This place is incredibly outdated. My phone in my room didn't work, neither did my wall hair dryer, my keurig coffee maker was broken. There wasn't a secondary hair dryer in the room, so I had to use the hallway phone to call down to request a hair dryer. My door wouldn't close all the way on it's own, I had to slam my door shut in order for my door to lock.

MTK Hotel
Everything was fine. Our room was on 1st floor next to the workers station and a function room with a function going on. Alittle noisy. The bar was great. Had the world series on the tv.the breakfast for $18.95 should be off a menu and cooked fresh , not buffet style and kept warm with bunsern burners. I have never had a breakfast hot enough.

Okay but with some challenges
Very nice staff and the location was what we needed. Very low water pressure in the bathroom sink, shower, and toilet which resulted in a clogged toilet without much effort. The staff was quick to respond and resolve it. There was a water noise like filling the toilet tank every 30 seconds. The trash truck came at 4:30 am and was very loud.

Very good experience. Bathroom was huge and modern. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great, though somewhat pricy. Only drawback was a slight musty smell in the room. I would go back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The room I was given was far below the standard of what I had originally booked, and to make matters worse, it had a strong musty smell. I felt completely disrespected by the way this was handled. This is not what I expected, and it left me with a very negative impression of the hotel.
