I don't get the amazing reviews. The patio had an ocean view but was really dirty and gross. The room was mediocre. I am getting weary of the reviews on this site, I was expecting a really great place but this was just a run down motel.

We enjoyed the cottage near the beach and quiet, peaceful stay. Great staff, very friendly! Clean cottage, kitchen was stocked with enough to cook some steaks! Hannaford in Belfast is amazing.

The hotel clerk was very welcoming at check-in, even though it was 9:30pm. Our room had a wonderful view. Although it was small, it was clean and reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

Just keeps getting better
We've been staying here off and on for years and it has only gotten better. They have been updating units over time and it shows. It's not the RItz, but it's comfortable and clean.

I love this property. Great views of the ocean and close to Belfast and Searsport. Stayed in a cottage and it was much more enjoyable than a motel room. This property is a little gem.

Beautiful property!
This is our second year coming to this property and it is absolutely beautiful. The one thing I could say is since pets are allowed, it would be cool if you turned the grassy field behind the guest rooms into a dog park or add some gazebos to hang out on with another fire pit.

The property has amazing views of Belfast Bay and you can walk right down to the beach and enjoy at your leisure. And, every cottage has a deck, allowing you to enjoy the sun and views and just relax. Kitchenettes are nicely appointed for in-cottage dining but you’re also just a short drive into town if you want to enjoy dining out. Lovely spot!

We are none smokers and when we step out to the back deck. There was 2 cigarettes buts in a ashtray. Didn't like seeing that.
