Comfortable beds, good fitness amenities. I liked the showerheads (the mist setting was lovely). Front desk service is great, but room service kept replacing hand towels but not washcloths. I like their fruit infused water. The area is nice: near the metro and close to a lot of shopping, dining, etc. The only drawback is paying for parking, and occasionally parking can be inconvenient. I have stayed here a few times, and it has gotten better each time. Considering the price, this is a great hotel, and one of my go-to's in the area.

During my stay, I encountered several issues: 1. The room lacked a couch or any seating areas, despite the presence of useless gym equipment. 2. The air conditioner made excessive noise overnight, preventing me from getting a good night’s sleep . it was too cold to go downstairs and ask to change rooms. 3. I had to leave after two nights and requested a refund for the third night from the front desk lady. She agreed to the refund but asked that it be processed through Expedia. However, when Expedia contacted the hotel to approve the refund, they declined the request, contradicting the information provided by the front desk. 4- They charge you for parking in public commercial space that they don't own (they told me that it is a tow area and we want to protect your car) - tens of cars stays overnight there for many residents no questions asked and they refused to cancel my parking pass when i asked for that
