my girlfriend and i had a great time at this hotel , casino was fun as well! the view was incredible and staff are friendly. i just never had stayed in a hotel though where i had to be id every time i had to go up to my room, i get that it is security thing but a little bit hassle

We booked two rooms both with two beds. It was for my mom's birthday last weekend. My mom and her friends had to hang around and store their belongings in our room until theirs was ready, which was well AFTER check-in. All five of us had to give our driver's licenses to different people four different times. It was a cluster. The frustrating part was people continued to get their keys immediately upon check-in, but we had to wait around. When you pay $643.10 for two nights, you figure you should at least get your 19 hours in your room. They were scrambling and seemed very unorganized.

Everything was very nice. The only thing that I was not thrilled about was that there was no daily maid service available. We had to call for clean wash cloths and towels, as we stayed for 5 nights. The room was great, the restaurants were great, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I will be back next time I'm in town.

My first time and I was upgraded to a suite; the staff was very friendly and I love how you have to show your ID to get on the elevator to go to your room. The room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and I was able to look out the windows and see everything; beautiful view. I did have friends staying there too and we met at the cafe downstairs and ate and the food was wonderful; the servers were very friendly. For Cruising the Coast weekend; it wasn't crowded which I was very surprised. But I will be back and I plan on booking a room there again in the future.

The property was very clean and beautiful! The room was well appointed and comfortable! Since it was still relatively warm, we wanted to get in the pool, but its located right in front of the Resort which is quite awkward! Only real annoying thing was having to present ID to security each and evey time before getting on the elevator to go to the room! Overall an enjoyable stay!

They should have paid us!
When paying for a luxury hotel I don’t appreciate the fact that they are still not servicing rooms. I think they should at the very least pick up dirty towels every day and replace with fresh towels and necessities (soap, tissue,etc). We had to take the time each day to call for towels and supplies. We stayed several days so our garbage was full. We emptied garbage and chased down room service for supplies.

Property was very clean upon arrival. Did not like the fact that no cleaning service was provided each night. We kept it clean, but fresh towels, trash pickup, clean glasses and a made up bed would have been nice. With no services, the room rate was overpriced.

This was our second stay at the scarlet pearl. We have stayed at several of the other casinos in Biloxi in the past. A friend told us about the scarlet pearl and once we stayed there, we knew it would be where we will stay from now on. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. All the staff are friendly and courteous. The casino is very nice also. If your headed to the Biloxi area give them a try, I guarantee you will like it. Gene Reid Columbus, MS P.S.
