Booked for convenience for a 6am flight so location would be this property’s highest rated feature. Other than the convenience to the airport, I would not recommend this hotel. I’m also surprised IHG owns this property. Not the standard we are accustomed to with this brand. Renovate. Do better IHG.

Stopped here after my wedding to catch a flight the next morning for our honeymoon. We got there late and were still greeted so kindly and was offered an upgraded room. Good stay.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We went downstairs to eat dinner and get a drink, sat at the bar. Bartender was super nice, but there were COCKROACHES crawling on the bar in front of us where all the glasses and condiments and liquor were. Not just one, but multiple. It was so disgusting. The bartenders saw them and did nothing, ignoring them completely, like they were just part of the crew. Bedroom was ok, bathroom drain was covered in the previous guests hair.

Above average generic breakfast buffet except for excellent made to order omelet that you usually have to have to pay extra for but was included in a special. Tile missing in the elevated is kind of a hazard covered with duct taped cardboard.

The property was very clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, They made you feel like family. Had to wait a long for the food that was order because there was one chef, however the server kept updating me. Overall it was a good experience.

I had an almost empty toilet paper roll when I entered the room. There was hair in the tub. The hand soap was open. The room smelled pungent like something had spilled on the floor and air-dried.
