This property is a Hilton? $340.00CAD for 1 night. "Sleeps 4" yet the pull-out bed had no bedding or pillows. No housekeeping on staff to fix that. Found extra pillows that were yellow..no thanks. Towels for 2 people, dishwasher full of clean dishes but stunk, pubic hair in shower, wore shoes to shower as was stained on the floor, and breakfast was just okay. Microwaved food was the hot "buffet". Hot tub running but down for maintenance... pool and tub supposed to be salt water based per their website yet clearly full of chlorine. Pool was warm. Great coffee and friendly staff who tried to help but its just another short staffed hotel in North Dakota lacking upkeep. Cheap decor and feel. Insane price for this.

It’s pretty slim to find decent lodgings in North Dakota. We chose this hotel due to the price and ratings being hire than competitors. Hotel staff could barely even eke out preliminary check in rhetoric. Issues were brought up during stay with minimal effort to remedy or compensate for the trouble. Room reeked of mildew. Had to cover my face to sleep. The AC filters were filthy. We would have left but 8 hours with 1 year old twins is enough. When these issues brought to the morning desk agent, they were not helpful at all and could barely get through the 3 sentence transaction with any sort of coherence. I was told the general manager would reach out. They never did.

For the price, I was a disappointed. For nearly 300 a night I absolutely do not expect to have a dirty shower bathroom floor, faucet fixtures not glued to countertops, missing silverware from the kitchenette, no plates in the kitchenette, food from the prior guest in the refrigerator, and when I went to check out the pool, the handle fell off in my hand. What I did like, the rooms were comfortable, sheets were soft and comfortable breakfast options were nice and the overall hotel was pleasant and modern. They also had the technology for digital keys, using your phone, which is nice upgrade, but not all doors worked with this technology. For the money, I would’ve picked a different hotel.

Not what was expected
Was not what we were expecting. Shower squealed loudly, and we had six people showing. Had to listen to that loud squealing for an hour every night. Thought we had a room enough to sleep 6 comfortably but was not the case. Room was small and the elevator was pretty janky. Pool seemed overly chlorinated and made our eyes burn without entering the water.
