The bathroom was gross. The sink looked like falling off the wall. The outlets didnā€™t work to charge phones. No in room coffee maker but had cups. No comforter just a blanket. All around gross

It was family weekend at my daughterā€™s college and all the hotels in the immediate area had been sold out for months. Super 8 was one of the last hotels in the area with available rooms. The hotel is in desperate need of updating. There is an unclean smell throughout the hotel. The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair on the majority of the towels. The plastic bathtub surround was peeling, cracked, and stained. There was mold and mildew. We did not use the shower during our stay. The toilet would not flush consistently. The lamp shades were stained as well as the bed sheets. We read the reviews ahead of time and had been warned of what to expect. We were hoping for the best, however it was exactly as bad as the other reviews stated. Book somewhere else.

On the plus side, the AC worked, the beds were not horrible and we only had to stay 1 night. The lamp shades were disgusting, there were stains on the wall and ceiling. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. The housekeeping team should be embarrassed. There was hair in the bathtub when we got to the room. The bathtub was balck, it looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. A lot of Mr Clean Magic Erasers would have made a tremendous difference. The sink didnt have a stopper and it was kind of gross. There were others in the hotel that had the same comments. One room had cockroaches which luckily we did not have.

This is an older property and it shows. The bathtub was either stained or dirty--we couldn't tell which. Three of the four outlets by the bed (two on each side) didn't work--thankfully one did so we could still use the CPAP machine. The door that was supposed to be our emergency exit was broken and not in use, and the handle to pull the fire alarm was gone from the box. Breakfast was just 2 choices--apples or a pastry turn-over type thing, neither of which I can eat. On the plus side, the main part of the room was nice and furnished well with a small microwave and fridge, and the bed was comfortable.

So as soon as I walked in the door the odor overwhelmed me. I immediately asked to see the room he had reserved for me before checking in. When he showed me I was appalled on how nasty and smelly the room was. It smelled of mold, sweat and bad odor from feet. There was stains on every part of the furniture practically. The tub was stained with black marks. Nothing was updated. Just disgusting. He told me he would move me to a different room but I had to pay an additional fee. Since the third party already took my money I had no choice but to pay and stay there!!! I went to purchase extra sheets n towels and disinfectant. Something I have never had to do!!! This was the absolute worse experience for me!!!

They are very friendly and it is not the properties fault but each time I have stayed there, there have been very loud guests staying near my room or even just on the same floor, especially the third floor. If I am going to stay there again if I am not given a room on the first floor, I will not check in!
