This is simply the worst hotel. We paid for an allergy free room knowing that the hotel is full of mold and is very dirty and old My grandson has asthma. The front desk denied it.

Hilton Hotel Boca Raton, Florida
The hotel was a dump. The condition of this hotel was awful and dated. The doors were rusted. The interior of the hotel was very hot and uncomfortable with no central air conditioning. The interior of the room needed a complete facelift. I will never stay in this hotel again. The elevators were hot and humid , and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The ice machines did not work on the fourth floor and the fifth floor and I had to search around to finally find an ice machine that was working. The carpet was old and dingy. The main lobby was fair at best , and not very inviting. The restaurant served a good breakfast, but there was no other restaurant facility in the building to have a nice dinner. There were no minibar facilities inside the rooms. The slider going out onto the balcony was difficult to open. The door out of the balcony was rusted , and a paint job was needed or the door needed to be replaced. I found the rooms to be dark and dingy. I can’t believe you charge $200 a night for this facility. As a Hilton honors member and anticipating becoming a Hilton grand vacation member I have second thoughts about associating with the Hilton family. i’m thinking of just changing over to the Marriott corporation instead. Not well kept open to the outside lots of mosquitos. Both ends of the building open Salt air attacking everything. Had water leak In room u could tell it’s a old leak they did move Us to another room but the property is run down I chose the Hilton name I would not go back
