When we checked in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a junior suite. We agreed since it was only about $26 to upgrade to a room with a roman tub. We got settled into the room and at first glance it looked very nice. We had dinner at the Brews Brothers restaurant (which was nice) then went on to the casino. The floor of the casino was under "construction". I would say that 1/2 of the machines were gone with areas roped off and a good number of machines left were marked "out of order", leaving the selection very slim. This was very disappointing as the casino was the main reason for our stay. When we retired to our room for the night we discovered that the tub had not been wiped down for quite some time. There was a layer of dust in and around the tub. Making it unusable in our minds. The shower was even worse with what appeared to be mold in the corners and the shower floor was discolored with prange slime. During check out we mentioned the condition of the room as well as showing her pictures. She apologized and said that she would credit the upgrade. Afterward we ate breakfast at the Brews Brothers restaurant and again was very good. Its a shame that the highlights of our stay were the two meals we had on property.

Requested a wheelchair accessible room because of teen in wheelchair. Was given a regular room which meant he couldn’t use the restroom in the room because the only grab bar was behind the toilet for use getting out of the shower, which he had zero ability to even think of using. Was not pleasant to have to leave the room in search of a public bathroom for him. Rooms are nice but was not cleaned, hair in the sink and such
