Khalilah at the front desk was truly one of a kind! Customer service is top tier! Greeted soon as I walked in and was able to assist me with a few things outside of my stay. Please give her a raise. She deserves it! Robert at the first bar was one of a kind as well. The rooms were clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I was in a “smoking room” and I’m a non smoker. First thing I smelled when I walked in was cigarettes. Other than that, I loved it.

This property had many many issues however a few stood out more than others. This is not a hotel that is family friendly at all the pool is very small and the hotel and hallways to your rooms wreak of marijuana which in turn makes your room also smell. Also while in the mini pool with my children a condom floated by! No room service and restaurant close relatively early. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I will never stay at this hotel again. spending close to $600 for two nights is robbery.. There was constant construction and on NO house cleaning to change the bed are replace the towels. Horrible customer service..

Amazing staff!!!! From the moment you pulled to valet, to the bellman being available right away, check staff were amazing, when we needed anything, they were quick and very kind. I truly did love the room however for the price of this room, it was just disappointing to see cracks that looked like foundation issues, toilet seat was old, and wasn't sturdy, the wallpaper was coming off. They didn't provide a list of phone numbers to be able to reach the staff. No instructions for the TV. It was room 1210 incase this gets passed on to management. I would stay there again because the staff was truly amazing!!! Thank you margaritaville team. Thank you for making my best friend's birthday special. God bless.

We had a newly renovated room that was great! Very clean, updated with usb and c charging ports in the room. Bed was comfortable. There are very few tables open during the week but all of the slots were open.

Wouldn’t stay here for free
Chose this “resort” based on its name and marketing of a laid back environment. Instead the pool was overran by screaming kids and cranking rap music. A patron was completely drugged out in the corner. I went elsewhere without luck within the resort. I went back to the pool to go into the hot tub late and the hot tub was maybe 80F. Pathetic all around

The property was very clean and staff was friendly. I know their website said to expect construction noises but they did not specify how loud and constant the noises would be. It sounded like a jackhammer right above our room and it was NONSTOP from 8-6. I wouldn't recommend staying here until renovations are completed.
