We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, even though it was brief. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We checked in very early in the morning, around 6 a.m., after our overnight flight, and the hotel was very understanding of our needs. The staff also kindly extended our checkout time to 2 p.m., allowing us to get some much-needed rest. The breakfast was decent, and while we didn’t have time to explore the surrounding area, the hotel seemed a bit far from the nearest subway station. One convenient feature is the free airport shuttle service. However, when we arrived at Boston Airport around 5:30 a.m., we were informed that the next shuttle wouldn’t be available until 7 a.m., so we opted for a Lyft instead. The shuttle service could benefit from improved scheduling to better accommodate early arrivals. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful service provided by the staff.

The hotel is nice and clean. I felt safe inside and might have walked around outside if I wasn't alone. There were a few homeless people hanging around outside the hotel, though they didn't seem dangerous. The shuttle drivers were wonderful. However, it took over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The hotel should let people know that this is the normal wait time because shuttles only run every hour. The front desk staff were the big disappointment with my stay. Both people I dealt with were slow to respond and seemed annoyed that I was there. They were not friendly. They just seemed angry and annoyed to be interrupted from whatever they were doing and didn't seem to be interested in customer service. Other than the front desk staff, this was a really nice hotel and I would stay here again.
