Good location for quick overnight stay
Hotel was conveniently located near the airport. Free shuttle service worked great for our arrival and departure. A few good choices of restaurants nearby. Short drive by Uber to downtown Boston. Room was clean and free breakfast was decent.

Decent Hotel
New building with nice amenities. There was a mall across the street with shopping and eating options. Otherwise, it is in more of a warehouse neighborhood. Rooms were very nice, breakfast good, but front service desk was pretty bad. They acted like we were a nuisance for even being there. The exception was the van drive (probably manager), he was exceptional and very helpful getting us to the airport and taking care of all of our bags.

The room and inside the hotel was very clean and nice. The area around the hotel is more industrial and was a little confusing to get to. We checked in for only one night on a Friday night. There must be either a bar or restaurant close by because there was really loud music playing until almost midnight. We didn’t get breakfast since we left for the airport at 5:30am.

The hotel is nice and convenient. The only issue was the attitude of a few staff. Coffee maker in room the component that holds the coffe pod did not fit. Had to hold it to make coffee. No stir sticks. Mentioned to front desk was "okay thanks" that is it. For the price ypu pay not worth it.

The hotel internet was hard to set up. The signal wasn't good inside our room. There was engine sound buzzing all day and night coming from the roof top above our room. The staff wasn't friendly. The good part was that the room was big and clean.

New well maintained hotel in the Boston airport area. The staff and facilities were very good. Our only big complaint is that the Hampton Hotel shuttle service from the airport was confusing and not explained in advance. We got on the wrong Hampton airport shuttle and were dropped at the wrong Hampton hotel! We had to wait almost an hour to get picked up by the correct shuttle (which had to make a special trip to do this).

My first time in Boston and just one night and day as I awaited a flight eastwards! I liked their generous free breakfast & modern fitness suite. Large room with spacious bathroom & fresh towels etc. Joanna was receptionist when I arrived after a long flight from west coast and she was most helpful & reassuring about my stay and complimentary transport to Logan Airport. I will stay here certainly if I’m or when I’m back in Boston.

Everything at the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was impressed by the size of the TV it was at least 50 inches. Breakfast was excellent, you had lots of choices from eggs, bacon, potatoes to waffles, bagels, muffins etc. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and I would highly recommend to use it. Overall my stay at the hotel was wonderful and I would highly recommend it.
