The pool was closed, there were at least a dozen nettle bugs in our room. They were in the bathroom all over the curtains, window and walls. My partner killed them all but I couldn’t sleep well at night. I was concerned about a bug going in my ear as I slept.

We arrived early and no rooms were ready but hey immediately cleaned a room so we could get settled. It was a comfortable stay and convenient for where we were going during our stay. This is the second time we stayed and will do it again.

The hotel is in a safe area; easy to walk to different restaurants and grocery. Staff weren’t so helpful when asking for directions; I had to kill a lot of bugs my first 2 days. Even though I was there for more than 3 days, no one came to clean, change, remove garbage; the breakfast the first 2 days of my stay were abysmal- I know they were waiting for delivery, but there should have been non-carb options- go out to the grocery avd buy yogurt, bagels, spreads.

Stay Away!
I'm rating this a 2 because of the terrible customer service at the front desk. It would've been a 1 rating, but I discussed the trouble with the assistant manager who was very sincere and apologetic. The nutshell version of what happened was all due to one employee working the night shift who obviously hates her job and is extremely annoyed if a guest has to bother her for help. I will never return to this hotel and I highly recommend others stay away as well.
