The front desk girl kept putting my credit card in the computer wrong causing an issue. Then they didn't refund the hold they charge till a week later after I had to call. The pool was green and you could see hair floating all over the it. I rented 3 rooms, not all the rooms had the items advertised. Missing towels, hair dryers, correct cups for coffee in rooms, no shampoo or conditioner. Staff kept leaving kitchen area instead of keeping up with coffee and breakfast needs.

Our initial room smelled musty and we discovered black mold in the corner of the room. Was also in poor condition - chipped paint on the wall, garbage still in the garbage can under a new bag, leftovers on the fridge from previous guest. Front desk staff were very accommodating and moved us to a different room. This has no mold smell but it smelled like pot. We were able to air it out by opening the window while we were out. Parking lot is full of very deep potholes. Overall quite run down and poor condition facility. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok although there was no orange juice left when we went at 8:15am and no fruit options.

Comfortable, but Starting To Be Run Down.
Check-in was fine enough, but we have been in communication with the hotel confirming our ground floor request, and we were confirmed that we would be in room 106. To our surprise, we were told at the desk that we were in room 101. That room was in bad shape. Receptacle in the sink area did not work, paint was peeling. The blankets are also thin. We do love the soap dispensers, and the bed was comfortable, and the fridge had a freezer. The room was also night a cool after a high outdoor heat period. The Ice Machines do not work, and they have very little Kleenix. Must say, the Breakfast is great. Not sure if the Hotel Owners are slowly letting this Hotel go down in condition and amenities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; the breakfast attendant went out of her way to check the ingredients of the breakfast sausage and then warm up a few of them separately for my older son, who has allergy issues. The breakfast featured a pleasant variety of tempting options. === The beds in our guestroom were very clean and very comfortable; the mattresses and pillows were soft and inviting; my younger son commented that the bedding was warm and cozy. === Not good: The carpet in our guest room was basically clean, but should have been vacuumed more thoroughly to pick up little things here and there (oddly, a lot of small plastic rings or elastics); the floor in the bathroom -- particularly in the corners -- should have been cleaned more thoroughly, and ditto for the base of the toilet, which was fairly dirty. The rest of our guestroom was clean. === There were no kleenex in our guestroom; the disposable cups were not individually-wrapped, and they should have been. === I've stayed here many times, and they have a great pool, which is usually clean. The pool only opens at 10 am, however, and check-out is at 11 am; this does not allow travelers much time to use the pool in the morning before they leave. The pool should be open by 9 am; that doesn't seem unreasonable to me. === We would stay here again; my boys enjoyed their stay immensely. I do think that the cleaning -- particularly as relates to the floors -- and a few other things should be addressed.

The room looked nothing like the website showed. There were a few hairs in the sink and shower as well as someones left behind razor head. The worst part waa the smell of dirty feet as soon as we opened the door to our room. We bought febreeze but that was a temporary fix. The pot holes in the parking are terrible too. The staff was friendly enough though and the coffee was always good.

The place was dirty , it smelled moldy and odor of cigarette smoke. The plaster was falling off the wall in a couple of places. Animal hair on the spotted rug, and the tub was also dirty. The place needs a major do over and updating. Parking lot look like the Air Force used it for a bombing range,awful.I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before booking.Who ever responds to the reviews has obviously never stayed or visited this place, Expedia should be ashamed to even list it. Bangor health department should be notified. I'd ask for a refund but I am sure it would be a waste of time.

Not bad at all for the price paid for 1 night! Super close to the venue where we were seeing our comedy show, staff that handled typical problems with a timely manner and kindness. Like most places, some things were a bit out of date and could be upgraded but over all a good experience 🙂

Our Stay was not terrible but very mislead by photos online. This place is less of a hotel and more a motel 6. Very dirty and outdated!! Price is outrageous compared to other hotels in the area!! Like I said this place is a Motel not a hotel!! Wish I knew before booking.

Front desk staff was friendly as we were greeted on arrival and he even offered to help with our luggage. It is pet-friendly so the room had a slight pet odor, but we were aware of that when we booked. Room was clean and bathroom stocked with necessities, and the beds were comfy. Free continental breakfast was really good with hot food options. Would highly recommend!

The propoferty is a hidden gem. Large room, plentiful parking, nice pool and a nice breakfast. Shrubbery is all trimmed. Bars of soap for those that use the tub would be convenient instead of liquid soap dispenser, out of reach from the tub, unless standing.

Check- in fellow was awesome, and helpful. Pool was nice and appreciated. Breakfast was really great and rooms were comfortable. I appreciate the use of refill soaps and being less wasteful. I also was glad the carpet had been replaced with hard flooring that seems cleaner. The a/c was great. My only complaint is that after showering, the bathroom absorbed the moisture and it smelled strongly like urine, like a previous guest had messed on the walls or something. Overall, I would stay here again.
