Great guy at the front desk who also picked me up at the airport. Hotel food, entertainment, and swimming pool all a thumbs up. Wish it was located in a more central part of town.

House keeper came at 9:30am the first morning and 8:20am the second morning, we were still in bed both times.. Picture falling off the wall Only one lock, (which staff could get in if they wanted) did not feel very safe. Tried to call the front desk the first day we were there and the phone did not work. Tried calling on our cell phone and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then gave up.

The staff was very accommodating, my mom's on oxygen and I contacted them before my stay to make sure I had a 1st floor room and it was close to the entrance not a long walk. Room was great beds were very comfortable, Blue sky lounge was great as well they give you 10% coupon when u stay there.

The WIFI is very poor for guests, so frustrating to try to do anything using WIFI. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone is not connected. These are two very important service area which really need to be improved.
