Don' t expect much. Firstly, checking in had some bumps where the suite didn't have a chair. Standing at the front desk and getting someone's attention took a while. They said they will be right with me, and 20 minutes later they said they were surprised to see someone still waiting ; totally forgot about me. Eventually they found a chair and I could start working an hour after checking in. I found quite a few lightbulbs not working and had to fumble my way around the room to the bedroom to find a light switch. Some light fixtures didn't even have lightbulbs - HA. The breakfast was as minimal as most hotels these days. I tried to toast a bagel and it wasn't working. I went to cereal as a backup. It was super stale, and might have been expired. Overripe bananas and The bed and shower were clean at least. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

This property did not appear to have been maintained at all in the past 10 years. The carpet was fraying, the walls/elevator needed painting, the ceiling in the bathroom had dry wall patches that hadn't been finished, the caulking around the toilet looked like a 3 year old had done it, the lighting was poor throughout, a lightbulb was out in a ceiling fixture, the room door did not automatically close and there were hairs on the blow dryer. In addition, the breakfast offerings were very lean. And they only clean the rooms every other day. We had to go back downstairs to get fresh towels. We will NOT stay here again.

Overall the stay was good. Only complaint were the half pillows that were on the bed. They were not comfortable at all. Other than that, the stay was good. Will stay again but will bring my own pillow.

The stay was fine, given the fact it was last minute due to another hotel canceling our reservation 3 days prior. However, we had to ask for sheets, pillows for the couch bed and the room was hot when we arrived around 9pm. Otherwise, it was fine.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size. The chair and carpet and big stains on them and the desk/office chair was peeling. The hot tub was cold which was a big bummer.

Most everything was good and nice. One small issue, however. That was the possibility of bed bugs or at least two. None bit me, but I may have encountered two in the morning of my one night stay. Probably should have brought it to the attention of the morning desk person.
