Awesome staff
The staff there is great to work with. Always ready to help out. Neat pool set up. I had to extend my stay 1 extra day and the process was easy. Really enjoyed the time there.

They do not clean the room at all during your stay. We requested daily trash removal and fresh towels and washcloths. We took out our own trash and had to go to reception for towels and washcloths. In the seven days we were there they came for trash and towels twice. The employees in the breakfast area were extremely nice and helpful. After six days of parking in one area they informed us that it was employee parking. There was no signage anywhere to this being restricted parking. We had to move our vehicles.

We were in town for a wedding and most of the family stayed here for 2 nights. The location is amazing. The views of the river and being able to walk outside and enjoy the outdoors was a wonderful amenity that we all enjoyed. The rooms itself are a bit outdated and could use some upgrades, particularly in the bathrooms.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had a second floor, with interior access, and a balcony overlooking the river. It was clean, quiet and well appointed. Only criticism was there was no elevator and quite a few stairs.

We were kind of leary about staying at Best Western. We had previously stayed at a Motel 6 with a very unpleasant experience. Even though the Best Western is right off the main road, it was quiet. The staff were very pleasant especially the staff at breakfast. Was presently surpised with actual eggs and not powdered eggs. We really liked the river at the back of the Hotel. Access to the river thru the back door.
