Wrinkles under the comforter!
One of my issues was the bed was full of wrinkles under the comforter. We had to remake it because there were so many wrinkles that were uncomfortable. Also, just a suggestion, perhaps you could put a garbage can in The bathroom. For those feminine hygiene trash rather than having to walk outside the bathroom to dispose.

We were in room 225 on 10-14-24. The floor behind the bathroom door had pubic hair and dark matter on it. The toilet seat was loose. The lamp over the desk was broken as in off of its base. At 3 in the afternoon, no one was available to repair it. These are issues that housekeeping should have taken care of or reported to management or maintenance. There was not a working ice machine on the property. The young man checking us in was polite.

Very disappointed to rent a hotel with a pool, hot tub and gym to find out that all 3 were closed for maintenance for the entire stay….could of saved $50 by booking a cheaper hotel without a pool, hot tub and gym since we could not use any of the facilities anyways. Room was ok, bed was clean and comfortable. no hot water to shower. Continental breakfast was terrible.

Cleanliness is satisfactory. Carpets and furniture a bit worn but ok. Coffee maker works! Entryway to property was not welcoming. Dirty mats. Messy lobby. I think there is room for improvement. But they are trying.

It's okay, nothing fancy for sure. The continental breakfast could have had a few more options. But, I did feel safe. Plus no bedbugs or roaches the I could see.

Good location near to area shopping and dinning. The continental breakfast is as continental as they come. Individual food items are hand wrapped in cellophane which is challenging to get opened. No decaf.
