From the moment I walked in to the large welcoming lobby with a roaring fire, I knew my stay would be a good one. The staff members were kind and helpful. The room was well decorated and spotless. I wish I could include pictures. The only negative was that dinner options were somewhat limited and average in quality. But, there was a fabulous all you can eat buffet for breakfast. Very appreciated.

We stayed in a room in one of the motel-type buildings not adjoined to the main building. The room was nicely renovated and definitely a step up from your run of the mill motel room. Clean and comfortable, and easy to like. Breakfast was included but was definitely nothing to get up early for--not to my liking, with limited, not very appealing options: white toast or white toast, for example. I would stay here again if the price was right, however. It was handy having the store right next to the room, too. Dining options are extremely limited, and the room had both a fridge and a microwave, so self-catering was the way to go! In short, handy and handsome, but if something better came along, I might be tempted.

The Inn overall is a nice property but our room was very small and a bit dirty. The roll out bed was an extra cost and very uncomfortable for our teen. The pool and hot tub were always crowded too.

The person who checked me and told me I could park in front of our room. The space was taken, and there were no spaces within 40 yards of our door. I called the lady back, and she said there's no guarantee that you can park near your room. I told her that she told me I could and she's admitted that was true. I asked her not to say misleading things in the future.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights around new year and hiked the Bryce Canyon. I only downgraded the rating because the staff had not very good english and it took effort to explain ourselves, as well as there was a coffee machine and when I came to get a coffee the cleaner did not let me, and started cleaning machine, and put Out of Order sign util next morning. She could let me have a coffee first before starting cleaning. She had terrible english.

Great experience, the hotel has multiple buildings. If you book for a stay at winter, call them and ask for a room in the main building, this way you don't need to dress up when you go to pool, gym, or breakfast area. Breakfast buffet had many good options, but not enough for vegan or whole foods diets. The building we stayed on (Antelope lodge) was somewhat worn down, with spots where the wallpaper was peeled out of walls and one of the faucets not running properly. The restaurant had a long waiting time, almost an hour, when we had to dinner. Overall it's a great area, very accommodating staff, and historical hotel, very much recommend to stay there.

A very nice stay in Bryce Canyon.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the lodge looks really fun especially at Christmas. It's a big complex so several separate lodges (we were in Antelope). We ate dinner in the restaurant which was very affordable and nice. We also had our complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. The room itself was really big, and found it quiet during the night. The room had a coffee maker and big fridge. Didn't use the pool but looked decent. We had been at Bryce Canyon NP earlier in the day - their lodge was closed but this was only a few minutes drive from the entrance. Would recommend
