I liked the staff. The room could have been presen
The staff was really friendly and helpful. I have no complaints there. However, upon reaching our bedroom, I found a manā€™s sock next to the bed. Looked like something a previous occupant left behind. The beds were made and looked clean but the cover on the boxspring in one of the beds half done.

The room was worn and dirty. Spiders in the corner. Old food on the nightstand. Sheets were worn and pilled. Hair in the shower. No tp or tp holder even. Ugh. The staff was nice though.

Upon arrival, room was reassigned as original room had no heat. 2am and the smoke alarm starts chirping with a dead battery. They come and remove it. 7am the bathroom light goes and have to use the bathroom in the dark. Complaint made to front desk and another room was assigned. This reservation was made as my mother was having a significant surgery at UVM medical center. Moving her to another room at 8am the morning her surgery was to take place, placed additonal worry and stress on her that was not needed. As she will need to have more follow ups at UVM, we will NOT be making another reservation at this hotel.

Would stay again.
Very friendly desk staff. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Since there is a microwave and fridge, it would have been nice to have small eating table. Same breakfast offerings every day, but a good variety. Short walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and services.

Room was extremely cold when we got there and the thermostat would not move from 69. Staff brought up a space heater which helped. Bathroom needs work around the tub. Not dirty just needs new wallpaper and grout. Carpet disgusting.

Good location. Very noisy. Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, carpet is super stained, mirrors were wiped with a towel and streaked, paint on windows, vanity fronts have not been wiped down in a long time. All drains in sink and shower were flowing very slow , clogged. Actual hair in sinks and shower.Rooms need a good detail clean and some handyman love !
