Great view and great location. Central to everything and the metro entrance is below. Rooms were very clean with amazing views. The hotel is slightly older but everything they had provided were in pristine and new condition. Bed was comfortable if you like semi hard beds. I’d stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed at this hotel and overall experience was very good. Staff was very kind and willing and ready to help. Even if we didn’t stop to asked question, if they saw us looking like we are loss, they come and ask. High end hotel and you will get the service as what you would expected from 5 star hotel and more. Also, expect to pay higher price at the restaurants. But, food was delicious, so it’s worth the price. I said “expensive” isn’t compared to here in the USA. If it was in the USA, I would expected to pay at least 2x if not more. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to BUSAN.

Loved our stay here at the Lotte Busan! Very convenient and central location, and the Metro is super accessible through the hotel itself. The service was also amazing. Would definitely recommend if you plan to be sightseeing around Busan!

This place was beautiful, nice rooms, great location close to lots of shopping, and the pool facilities were amazing. We only ate at the restaurant that served the pool but the burgers were delicious and definitely worth mentioning. We only had a quick stay but would definitely come back or check out another Lotte hotel elsewhere.

Great hotel!

Great hotel, excellent service, provided great coffee and tons of water. The view was amazing. Area is good for public transportation all around Busan.
