I really liked that. The hot tub was working. I really liked the cucumber water in the lobby. And the staff was amazing anything and everything I needed they were there. And maybe you could use a bigger ice machine on the first floor being the ground floor

This was an overnight stay. The room was better than expected for the price. Roomy, clean, well equipped and quiet with good black out curtains. We enjoyed the breakfast and an ample dining area. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. Two items were not good: All ice machines were not working and there was not a pillow selection providing different firmness.

The beds were a little better than concrete, but the floors and bathroom felt unclean. When we checked in, I walked away feeling like I really inconvenienced the receptionist. Breakfast was dismal, with gray sausage and watery eggs on a buffet that did not look safe or sanitary. We opted for Cracker Barrel next door instead. I would not stay here again based on the customer service alone.

When I arrived I was told that they were overbooked and so they got permission to give us the corporate suite which was fabulous. Two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen, diningroom, living room. What a wonderful treat.
