Close to the airport, clean/comfortable and nice bar/restaurant on site. Lots of families using pool and hot tub. We got in to late to enjoy. Maybe next time. Walmart is 5 minutes up the street. Going to stop by there today get a cooler and snacks and head to Banff. Definitely would stay here again

Room is fine and clean. Staffs are friendly. The only thing i would like to comment is the air conditioner in our room making a scratching sound which bothers me during the night. I was so tired so i didn't bother to call the reception in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay, and my daughter absolutely loved the pool. The only thing I’d wish I’d known before booking was that the pool access was restricted after 5PM to hourly slots. We had to stop by the front desk everyday for new wrist bands and to select a time slot.

The staff were excellent, however we had been promised a crib upon booking our room and were told one was unavailable upon arrival. They did provide a cot, but that just wasn’t a safe option for our little one. They did swap out for a crib on the second day. While the rooms were clean for the most part, there was lots of hair in the bathroom, knobs were all loose, and the carpets were dirty. But honestly, we expected things like this from a popular and busy family friendly hotel. The pool was insanely busy, even with the hourly reservation system. Ultimately a good price, and a decent stay. The crib situation just tainted what would have otherwise been a decent stay.

The waterpark was awesome for our kids. I wish we knew ahead of time about the waterpark evening time allowance but we still had a blast. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. And the staff were helpful and friendly!
