Nice hotel very clean and nice breakfast in the morning. Only complaint is some suites have jetted tubs like mine did, but the others with them and times they used them. If the pools and gym are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM using the Jetted tubs should have same times. I was awoken at 6:30 AM by one and then again @ 11:00 PM twice during my stay.

We were told to be down for 620 for the airport shuttle and were down early only to find out they left without us and would not rectify the situation. The front desk clerk Tammy lied said they called our room 3 times and let it ring 12 times when no one called our room. I had to pay for my own transportation to the airport. Will never stay here again for the way I was treated.
