I have stayed here many time sometimes twice a month while on business, I have a problem with their shuttle service. I waited 70 min for a shuttle what did not arrive so I took a taxi. This happend before also 60+ min , so for me its no longer a coincidence. When I called before they said hello or comfort inn I could him them speaking a east indian language. When I got there I figuard out that she wasnt taking to staff but was distracted on her phone so at least 90 minutes. I got off a flight and I was very tired then waiting 70min no shuttle done it for me, I will take my business some where else.

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of our Rockies trip and at the end as well due to its location close to the airport and walking distance to the car rental place. We had to leave early for our flight and the hotel had a breakfast for us packed since we were missing it. This was an amazing TLC, I can't remember when this happened last time, but it made my day.

The clerk was very helpful. She arranged for us to move rooms. At first we were put in a dirty basement suite. The next room was clean and much much better, but the furniture was uncomfortable. The manager was rude and not helpful at all.

Listing on Expedia showed a restaurant in the facility. However when I called the hotel & asked about the restaurant, they didn’t have one. If I was aware of this I would have grabbed a bite to eat before leaving the secured part of the airport. I wish the owners of the property would take the time to check various websites they are part of to ensure accuracy! Customer service!!

My room has a nasty carpet! Sticky and stinky! They need to shampoo and sanitize the carpets! I have my friend with me but they stop him coming inside and interrogated him where he was going! I just laughed at him maybe because he does not have style look homeless and because he is black! Discrimination does exist! But ironically receptionist are mostly black and asian. So I do not know what that was about!

We were poorly greeted upon arrival. Hotel desk lady was on her phone and only got off of it when we were directly in front of the desk. No smile, no "good evening". I asked what time the gym and pool were open, she told us 9am-10pm for both, later found out the gym is actually open 6am-10pm so that was frustrating. She didn't say anything along the lines of "enjoy your stay" "let me know if you need anything" 0 hospitality. Pool and hot tub need a deep cleaning, looks and feels dirty. Gym did not have any disinfectant wipes, they were all dried up. Room was alright, weird white drip stains on our side table and table beside the TV. Loud squealing noise from fridge. Woken up several times from stomping of upstairs neighbors. Breakfast was decent. Alright selection. Nothing within walking distance.
