A cold start to our stay
When we arrived our room was noticeably cold so we tried to turn up the heat, we went and had dinner and then we returned it was still COLD. Told the front desk and they said they would switch us into another room. That took 4.5 hours. The front desk staff seemed to have a problem communicating so that didn’t help.

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. This hotel next to the airport is superb for its affordable price and I would highly recommend it!

the hotel was clean and comfortable. staff were friendly. the breakfast was a la carte. it was expensive and not good. parking is free and facilities were open 24 hours which is amazing.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff and their attitudes, especially concerning those with disabilities was very poor. As a visually impaired person, I can’t recall a time this difficult. Check in, despite a white cane, a CNIB card and a verbal declaration that I’m visually impaired, front desk representative consistently used visual cues in describing the hotel, placed documents requiring my initials or signature without indicating where theI needed to sign. Breakfast the following morning was even worse. Upon arrival at the host stand, with my white cane, a voice told me I could sit over here. When I replied, “Exactly where is here?” I was told “Here.” I explained that it’d be nice if I was escorted to the table, and the audible sigh of exasperation I received started me thinking this is going to be difficult meal. The waiter remarked how is this going to work if you can’t read a menu. Not curious, but frustrated and very reticent. He said if you can’t read the menu, I can’t take your order. “It’s breakfast. Do you have a two egg, choice of meat, hash browns and toast meal because I’ll have that.” No effort to assist, active resistance. I ended up leaving. Finally, braille signs put in locations for sighted people. Like 5’ high, behind a table supporting a water station where no unsighted person could possibly find accessible. Terrible service and frankly, discrimanatory. Avoid if you have accessibility issues.
