Offered free easy parking with a 10min walk to lighy rail. Staff were friendly. Room are basic but was exactly what we required for a short-term stay.

Had a call at 6.40 asking if we would ne arrivong before 7, i aaid that on the website it says check in is up till 9 and she argued with me that it didn't. I received the details on how to get into the room at 7.03am on the next day, luckily a staff member helped us out on how to get into the room.

There was no toaster in the room. Nor was there any crockery and the only cutlery was 2 teaspoons! There were 2 cups and 2 glasses, but that was it. We had bought food with us to eat in the room but were forced to eat out...even for breakfast! Just as well my husband bought his own bowl/spoon so he could have his cereal. A very poor show, indeed. Also, there was no remote control supplied to the room for the air conditioner. I had to get down on the floor to read the controls to work the damn thing. There was a constant noise in the bathroom like someone had left a tap running in another room (or a running toilet) but was not heard from the bedroom so that was ok, I guess. The crappy shower curtain did nothing to improve our stay, either, as the glass door had obviously been broken and a quick, shoddy repair was needed. Knowing all this, I don't think we will stay there again. Not much money had been spent and it was in serious need of a modern upgrade. Cheap operators out to make a quick buck don't impress me at all. Overall, I give this hotel 2 stars out of 5.

The room is quite spacious, plenty of parking spot. 15 minutes to Parliament house by car. But doesnt have shampoo and conditioner, and only 1 utensil, a small teaspoon that is soooo stain, very dirty.

I was here for family reasons (basically the usual motel I used to stay at is being turned into apartments) so I stayed here. It's functional & clean. Not super keen on the placement of the mirrors in the bathroom (never keen on 'opposite the dunny'. Plenty of space (the rooms are big) & the only other issue I had was I had to remove the shelf in the fridge to get a lemonade bottle in.

I was very impressed with the accommodation and staff especially for the very affordable price. Beds were comfortable, room was large and well appointed. Large fridge was a bonus. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and the shower was hot and very welcoming after a long drive. Would definitely book again
