The hotel is very old and unclean. There was only one car in the lot when we got there. Room 213 was the cleanest of them all. will not stay again. It was nothing like the pictures and would not recommend.

We have stayed at this property before and had no problem. This time, the first issue was that the key cards didn't work and we had to have staff come open our door for us. The first room we were assigned had a toilet that wouldn't flush. We asked for staff to come look at it, and when we got back from dinner, nothing had been done. We returned to the front desk and they offered us another room. This room had a non-working air conditioner. Finally, the third room they assigned us, which had two queens instead of the king we had reserved, was fine except there was no mattress pad on either bed. While the staff was helpful (except for having to follow up on the non-working toilet), the situation really wasn't acceptable.

Staff welcoming. Entry beautiful. Room need a little updating but i think they are doing that. Bring a blanket as only sheet and decorative thin top blanket. Fridge didn't work. But breakfast was yummy with options. The lady was on top of food items. Even with a big group showing up.

There was an easy access parking garage, there was alot of road construction. The coffee shop down the road from hotel was amazing. Parking was horrible getting to though.

What a Dump!
After traveling all day all we wanted was a clean quiet room. Four times they gave us a key to the room that did not work. They said they are in the midst of renovation and the place was dirty & old. The horrible bed only had a top sheet, no blanket/no cover. So we drove to Wal Mart that night to buy Lysol & a small cheap blanket. The TV didnt work at all. When we complained the next morning they said they meant to tell us. The bkfast eggs were cold, nothing looked edible, bkfast room tables were dirty, entire lobby smelled awful of chlorine from the inside pool, so we left early. What a horrible experience. Will never trust to book online again. This place was a dump. Stayed the next night at Quality Inn in Branson & it was one of the cleanest nicest places we/ve been to. I would give the Branson MO hotel a 5 star. This one doesn't even deserve a 1 star.
