The line to check in was extremely long and there was only one person checking in “non-club members.” There were at least 5 people working on the left side to help those that were members. I was there at 3:50 and they said I had to wait until exactly 4:00, otherwise they would’ve charged me $35. It was ridiculous the amount of time we all had to wait. I didn’t get checked in and receive my key until 4:27. Also, we were not informed that there was no room service. There was also no answer to the front desk after repeated attempts to call from the room this morning. Lastly, there was a dirty washcloth under the sink that was left in the bathroom. There was also smeared makeup on the bathroom floor.

The staff at the hotel, casino, and concert were all top-notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. For NYE, we received a FREE bottle of champagne and a big box of chocolates. It was clean, quiet, fun, and felt like a 5-star stay!

Stayed for 2 nights. Tried to cancel the second night because the room and casino were not up to very good standards. Hotels.com did not send me the email I needed to try to alter my reservation until AFTER I checked out. The hotel advertised a swim up bar to be open daily until 6:00pm and when I got there it was closed and only open on fridays. The pillows the give you are more like couch throw pillows so be sure to bring your own. I will not be booking here again.
