This property was fairly clean, but had a strong antiseptic odor that got stronger each time the air conditioning came on. The air was cold, linens were clean, bathroom was fairly clean but there was dust and hairs in the corners- which should be rectified. The property feels like it is in an overgrown, abandoned parking lot and we saw neighborhood teens trying to get into various doors of the hotel on multiple occasions. It felt unsafe- and a bit sketchy but we had no problems or issues while we were there so it may have been just one of those perceptions one gets. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay but it just felt off somehow. We will stay at the Hampton next time we are in town. But if we had to stay here we wouldn’t be deterred. The front desk and maids/workers were very nice and helpful. Nice Fall decor and the parking lot and front entry had just been refreshed. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel.

I like the hospitality we received when entering the hotel. The receptionists are all friendly. Also, I like the way the continental breakfast is served. Always neat and fresh to eat. Jarrett keeps up with it all very well and is also very friendly and always offers anything that you may need. Jarrett is a hard worker.

The hotel was amazing and the breakfast was great. The room itself was nice, beds were comfortable, plenty of charging areas, tv and channel list was good. Then the bathroom was very accessible and the complimentary Dove shampoo conditioner and body wash was a surprise. After your shower they had complimentary Dove lotion and hand soap at the sink. The continental breakfast was more like a buffet, from hot foods to pastries to fruits and juices. I highly recommend this one even if it’s a business trip or pleasure.

One terrible room; one perfect room
There was centipede like bugs in room 223. I spent the night stressing over this, had to kill a bunch of them. We rented two suites; one was terrible because of the creatures; the other room was perfect. My family and I have reserved rooms at this hotel many times. I have always had a great experience. I hope this was a onetime occurrence. I would like the hotel to offer something for the inconvenience. I would give them another chance.

We really enjoyed our stay here for the most part. The staff was very friendly. Every evening they have a happy house of treats like cookies, popcorn, icecream. Our only complaint was that our room on the 2nd floor at the far end of the hotel was infested with black centipedes. In 2 days we got rid of 8+. They were even crawling on the walls and ceiling, which was just so creepy. We informed the staff and they said another room had similar complaints and they would get someone in to spray the next day. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

My stay was every bit of amazing. Housekeepers were always on point no matter what they were doing when I needed help they stopped and help. Front desk night clerk was amazing. Day ladies were awesome as well. I was hoping for grits but n the breakfast bar but was not disappointed with what was there.

It's a nice hotel and the staff is nice. But we found 2 live roaches in our room. They did perform extra cleaning once we reported it. But the room should have been fumigated along with the adjacent rooms and we probably should have been moved to another room. Unfortunately, at least 1 roach got into our luggage and now got into our home. We never had roach problems in our home until now.
