The only thing decent in our room was the bed. The people at the front desk were nice but looked like homeless people. The elevator was in bad shape and pretty rough. The hotel smelled weird and didn’t look like it was kept up at all. Our floor was dirty and our bathroom was horrible. Couple of the lights in the room didn’t work at all. Wash cloth had a hole in it. We won’t stay there again ever!

Great customer service from desk staff were excellent. Room was in horrible shape moldy dirty tub was terrible sink faucet was leaking at the valve bathroom floor tile was unfinished in the corner bathroom floor was dirty and extremely dirty underneath the vanity when you walk into the room the entrance was dirty looked like maintenance was done repairs and no one cleaned up after they were finished

Piss-Poor Experience
I stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham Warner Robins for a work trip. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short and spoke to the front desk attendant, who said I could get a refund by contacting hotels.com. However, since then their manager has dodged all of Hotels.com’s attempts to get approval for a refund. Outside of this, the hotel is unclean, the bed squeaks and buckles, the bathrooms are in poor condition. I would encourage you to look anywhere but here.

Service at check in is nice. But the room is too outdated with torn curtain sheets, worn to the inner metal core bath tub, no facial tissue box in bath room. This property location is nice but the room/building needs serious renovation/improvement.

The room was very spacious. The only issue I had was there were no cups in the bathroom for rinsing after brushing teeth. I had to go to the coffee area and use coffee cups.

This was the most disgusting property I have ever stayed in. It was falling apart (holes in the ceiling and tiles missing from the bathroom floor), dirty (mold) and unsafe. Had we not been evacuating for Hurricane Milton, we would have left immediately. Unfortunately, there weren't any hotel rooms within two hours available. Only stayed one night and then drove two hours north to find a property that was safe for my 90 year old mother.

Old but renovating?
Old and undergoing renovations. No ice but two new ice machines are waiting for more equipment. The bathroom was dirty around the toilet and the room was dirty in the corners. In the lobby there were soiled corners of some of the lobby furniture. Staff was cordial. Only stayed one night. The hotel asks all guests at check in to sign a behavior agreement which was odd. We paid twice as much as it was worth iIMO.

Very good quality would definitely stay here again as the eateries are growing fast around it, just need more shampoo conditioner and soap on hand been here 6 nights and run out only 22ml bottles supplied

Let me start by saying this hotel need to be torn down!! The filthiness that is in this hotel is RIDICULOUS!!! I do want to say the staff was very friendly! I got there the first night and the tv was unplugged and one lamp by the bed. The lamp by the mirror no bulb! I was in a room that is a death trapped!! I had to be careful where I was walked because there were two spots in the floor that was sunken in!! I did not get my room cleaned because I was a stay over! I have been to cheaper hotels and got my room cleaned EVERYDAY!! The bathroom was disgusting!! On the side of the toilet there was what appeared to be menstrual blood!!To top it all there is a slippery part in the middle of bathtub and I fell out of the shower!! If they do not do something about this place they are looking at MANY lawsuits!! I will be looking into this further for legal action! I told the front desk cleark which was the manager Michelle. That this room is going to hurt someone badly her response was she does not look at the rooms everyday! The night clerk could not figure out the tv so had to wait for the maintenance guy the next day! Check out was at 11 I got the hell out of there I didn’t know if Freddie or Jason was going to come out the closet!!

It was a great stay. Quiet and the beds were so comfortable. The food was great and clean. The people were so nice, friendly and helpful. The floors were a bit sticky and dirty. But the rest of everything made up for it.
