Not a good experience.
Bugs in the room, spiders in the bathroom, webs in bathroom, one bed cover had a dry blood stain, no elevators to second story rooms. Was offered a complimentary breakfast when they were told about the bugs. Was not looking for compensation but at least that it would be checked into.

Even though we did not have pets they put us in an area where there were a lot of dogs and barking. Ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper and there were no cups for the coffee maker. We had to get them.

Our check-in was fine, but when we went to bed, I felt bugs in the bed. Sure enough, there were these black bugs in our bed and on the ceiling. We immeditaley went downstairs to request antoher room as we thought they were bed bugs. The staff showed us a posting they had in the lobby with information on the bugs called elm bugs. That was a relief, but still gross that they were in the beds. We asked for another room, but they were booked. They offered to strip and replace the bedding and vaccum and clean the room. We reluctantly accepted as it was after 10pm. When we returned to the room, the beds were clear of bugs, but we did see them on the ceiling. Also, the headboard was so dusty I knew they didn't clean very well. For our inconvenience, they offered us 3 free breakfast vouchers. So after a terrbile nights sleep we went to the restaurant for breakfast. The Waiter announced to us they they wouldn't be seating any more diners as the restaturant was full and he was the ONLY waiter who showed up for work. We gave our free vouchers to the people who were getting seated and left. When we arrived at my mom's house I asked her about this supposed "bug infestation". She was unaware of anything and her house, not very far from the Sage Brush Inn was CLEAN AND CLEAR!!! NO BUGS!! This place was gross, dirty, terrible, unprofessional. We will NEVER go back. Such a shame since the place is very lovely. Our stay was Friday, September 27th.

Booked the Executive Suite. Two TVs did not work. Had to call and Security came and got the TVs on. Mini fridge went out, all our food spoiled. Room was dusty and they was crumbs on the carpet. Hot tub jets did not work and pool was not heated. Pool was very cold. There are no elevators for handicap guests. Shower would either be hot or cold, I could not bathe my cold because of the unpredictable temp change. Hotel is old with charm but extremely pricey and rundown more than anything. I will not return. Manager did not offer any kind of refund or discount for the many inconveniences.

Not a bad place to stay. Location away from downtown is a plus. Staff is courteous, helpful, but had to be nudged to supply enough towels. But there's no breakfast room, much less a free breakfast, and for your (free) coffee you have to hike across the parking lot. The couch/folding bed (thankfully we didn't need it) would have been rejected by Goodwill. And small details like loose doorknobs give a tone of neglect.

Upon check-in I was told the junior suite with two beds I payed for was not available, and was gonna be given the next best thing. I was put in a room with a pull out bed and a regular bed. The original room I had payed for was much bigger and beds were not pull-outs. The carpet and the couches in room reacked of animal urine. It was almost unbearable. Not planning to stay here ever again.
