Room on arrive was dirty. Wee over the floor and toilet seat. No soap, bathroom floor was dirty. Beds ridiculously uncomfortable and duvet too small for the size of the bed. Tv didn’t work. Hotel food and staff were great but the room was a very poor standard

Really disapointed with this hotel. On arrival it looked like a small warehouse. We checked in, the lady on reception was lovely as was the lady in the bar. Cant fault them at all. We went to our room and as we opened the door it smelt of cannabis. The mattress was really hard and the pillows had what felt like rocks inside them. To make things worse our room was next door to the lift and all night we heard it creaking loudly as it was moving up and down. We had an early start but exhausted from the lack of sleep. Would definitely not recommend and would not stay again even if paid to.

Great stay!
We stayed 2 nights. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Room was a lot more spacious than I thought it would be. Very happy. Lovely lady who checked us in and lovely staff in the bar for breakfast and dinner. I can’t remember the lady’s names but very lovely and friendly. It really made our stayed having staff that wanted to talk and see how your day went.

When you arrive ignore the signs for hotel parking & head straight to guest services, as you can’t check-in in the building where the rooms are. The rooms in the building are not well signposted (upstairs) and do not run in number order. The rooms are well laid out & equipped, the bed was a lumpy but my husband slept well. Now, the building is noisy, you can clearly hear people talking in the corridor & “adult activities” from other rooms. I would be unlikely to stay again as there are many other choices in the area

The staff did a great job as I’d booked the wrong day! There was an issue in changing it as had booked through Expedia not direct but they sorted it out and honoured the original rate. Impressed with what they offered and would return no hesitation
