My reservation was lost. I arrived around midnight; no booking found, and I had to pay a higher amount than I had booked for. The room was okay; the breakfast was a joke, and not readily available. A couple making a great effort, but that seemed to be the whole staff.

I stayed here three times over the summer of 2024, and each stay was great! Rooms were kept very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating of our late arrivals (11:00-12:30 at night). Solid option for a budget-friendly place to stay with good hook-ups to major highways to access the rest of the city.

The only issue I had was the water didn’t get all that hot. Otherwise everything was very clean, the employees were nice, the room was comfortable and quiet and overall a good experience. I would stay here again.

Property is well maintained and the owners are extremely nice. Great room and convenient to Park Circle and an easy Uber to downtown. Had a dirty sheet but it was quickly replaced. Rooms updated and clean. Next to a Waffle House.
