The room was fine for one night. The bed was comfy & we slept well. Limited food options in the bar so have to eat in the restaurant - service was good. Disappointed not to be acknowledged as an Expedia Gold Member and didn’t receive perk / upgrade etc. lifts were very busy throughout stay. Location is fantastic though - very convenient for T2

After arriving from Greece minus our luggage the young lady on reception was extremely helpful sorting dental packs for us and making sure we had everything we needed, staff in the restaurant for breakfast were also very nice along with any other staff we encountered. Lovely clean spacious room with everything you could need. We did think the bar closed quite early( 23:00).

Stay spoiled by power cut
Unfortunately our poor experience was probably out of the hotel’s control but was our experience nonetheless. The power went off in the early hours meaning the air con and fridge went off. We were surprised to discover that the water supply also was affected, and we were unable to flush the toilet or use the sink for hand washing. Without air con, and due to there being no opening window, I was unable to get back to sleep as the room grew warmer and warmer. We booked an overnight stay prior to our morning flight, to prevent us from having to get up early and have a relaxing lead in to our trip but sadly this was not to be. We completely appreciate it was out of the hotel’s control but, sadly for us, wasn’t worth the money as we didn’t really gain anything.
