The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was great! We had one plan a day for our 4 day stay and we walked to all of our dates! The Walnut Room Day -Lunch and shopping, The Art Museum Day - Explore and Learn. The Candlelight Concert and Grand Dinner Day. The Millenium Park Day - Brunch and Park Day! We walked to all of these and everything was so close. The lobby is a great place to hangout and meet new friends, grab a bite to eat and drink. The vibe in the hotel is just so good that I will never forget this wonderful trip.

The waiting is the hardest part

We keep staying here and keep encountering the same issue: The check in line is always HUGE!! Not inconveniently huge but crazy huge. At least 50 people. I’ve never encountered anything close to this anywhere else. We dropped off our luggage, went out and checked in when we got back. Other than that it’s a good hotel. They’ve compartmentalized the lobby too much but now I’m just complaining
