Everything was great, except late Friday evening, like 11pm, an African American gentleman walked into our villa-he said he was sorry when he saw us and left, but how did he get in? Kind of scary

I loved the place. I did have one major issue which is not major. They didn’t provide lotion in the rooms. I’m 43, look 37, feel 23. I need my lotion 😜😜

Great stay in Orlando!
Great home base for our family vacation to Orlando. Spacious unit was clean and provided a great place to relax when not exploring the theme parks and other attractions. The service was excellent and our kids really enjoyed the onsite pools, pickleball courts and other activities.

The property advertised a lot of amenities but they are all charged separately. The in property marketplace is overpriced, a walk across to the real Starbucks will be so much worth it. Also the pool has no rentals. The shuttle service is pretty slow and so is the front desk.

Everything was amazing! The villa was very spacious and convenient parking for my family and I during our stay. Very close to many stores and restaurants and the staff was very helpful with all our questions!
