I didn't like the fact the quess have to pay for parking. Especially, when corporate knew I was overcharged by a third-party (Expedia).

I will not stay here again. The music the guest was playing was deafening. I love music and play it extra loud at home, but I don't think it's appropriate to do so at a hotel. When I called the front desk to inform them, my room phone conveniently stopped working. The loud music didn't stop until 1:00 a.m. Furthermore, there is no room service; you must go to the front desk for everything. I have never written a bad review before, as it doesn't take much for me to be satisfied, but this experience was horrible.
