The hotel exceeded my expectations for a 2-star property. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds were cozy. However, the cleaning staff could improve their attention to detail—I found an empty box of condoms under the mattress, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of options to suit my family’s tastes. Overall, despite the cleaning issue, I was satisfied with my stay.

We arrived late (about 8:30 pm) and after we got to the room, the telephone rang. It was the front desk checking to make sure everything was alright. As it turned out, we were having trouble with the TV. She was there in 2 minutes to help us reboot the box. The morning crew was also very helpful.

Friendly staff but the hotel is just dirty. Had the opportunity of waking up to the lovely smell of MJ. I called the front desk and they just told me to open the windows of the room. Dirty hotel, both rooms and hallways. Never again.

Likes/loves: The price considering all the things that were good about it AND a regular check-out of noon! THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING GUESTS TRAVELING NEEDS! There’s not enough hotels that give noon check-outs anymore and with my busy weekend plans, it was sorely needed!! Seemed to be in a safe location. Even with having to park kind of “behind/beside” the building, the parking lot was full with guests staying so I wasn’t concerned for my vehicle. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious & cozy. Nice beds & bathroom was a good size for moving around in. Updated TV with lots viewing choices (Dish tv cable). The mini fridge was quality! It was spacious for putting drinks and leftovers in and kept things extremely cold. There was a microwave above the fridge as well! I was in the area for a wedding (not a game), everything was just nice, from experiencing the area, the event and the lodging! We visited A&M before leaving town, so it’s proximity was a plus too. Areas of improvement: Tubs/showers could use a non-slip footbed (not saying a mat, yuck, but a less slippery tub floor), especially since there are no grab bars on the shower walls. Be very careful when you get to your feet, lol. The towels could be better, more comfortable, not so thin. No opinion: I did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but I read previous reviews stating it was good. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, in the event I needed breakfast before heading out for the day. However, I did not.
