Roaches & Dirty!! Do not stay here!!
At first glance, the cleanliness seemed to be to on par. However, we quickly learned this was not the case. This hotel stay was by far the worst ever. The staff were friendly, however, the rooms were the most dirtiest we have ever encountered. In the first 20 minutes, we killed 6 roaches. The room was infested with roaches, the walls were covered in stains, the AC could not be moved from 62° F and the outside was litered with dead roaches everywhere. It was simply disgusting. The worst part is we booked 2 rooms; one of which was for a another family traveling with us. How embarrassing and unsanitary this was! Beyond disappointed that such hotel rooms are offered in these conditions!

Tv did not work. No blow dryer to borrow at front desk. Running toilet. Bugs in bathroom and in bed area and NO AC for 2 days. Front desk said there was no Maintenace. Expedia also show 2 miles from Kyle field but really over 5 miles. Please do not stay here. Lady approached us selling knives to continue her stay.

It had roaches and I tried to tell the staff but they said that I couldn't switch rooms I would have to leave and couldn't purchase another room for a while .. when I tell you whoever took over this property as far as cleanliness has truly taken it down....the roaches are very very bad

Room smelled horribly musty. Bathroom door barely shut and was falling apart on the bottom. Curtains were horribly dirty. They charge $35 to check in anytime before 3 pm even though rooms are cleaned and vacant.
